Why Our Clients Are Loving One Way Vision Vinyl
One Way Vision Vinyl is one of those materials that makes people stop and ask, “How does that work?”
From the outside, it looks like a solid printed graphic. From the inside, you can still see out. That’s why it’s such a popular option for storefronts, banks, and offices that want branding and privacy without closing themselves off.
Every space is different. As part of our survey, we evaluate how the windows are used and recommend the right One Way Vision material before designing, printing, and installing a solution that balances visibility, privacy, and branding.
How It Actually Works
One Way Vision Vinyl is made with tiny perforated holes throughout the material. The graphics are printed on the solid surface between those holes and applied to the outside of the glass. From the exterior, your eye reads the printed graphic. From the inside, you’re able to see through the holes, which keeps the space feeling open and lets in natural light.

70/30 vs 80/20, In Plain English
You’ll usually hear these two options mentioned:
70/30 gives you more visibility from the inside and a slightly lighter-looking graphic.
80/20 gives you a bolder exterior look and more privacy, with a little less visibility from inside.
Retail spaces often lean 70/30. Banks and offices usually prefer 80/20. As part of our site survey, we look at how the space is used, lighting conditions, and visibility needs, then recommend the material that makes the most sense before anything ever goes to print.
When This Is a Great Option
One Way Vision Vinyl works really well if you want to:
Add branding without covering your windows
Maintain daylight and an open feel inside
Increase privacy for customers or staff
Use your windows as marketing space
If full transparency is critical all the time, or if your interior is always brighter than outside, we might recommend a different solution.
Design, Print, Install. We Handle It All
This isn’t a “send us a file and hope for the best” product.
We start with a site survey, design specifically for perforated vinyl, show you proofs so you know exactly what to expect, print it in-house, and install it cleanly and correctly. The goal is for it to look intentional, not like an afterthought.
